Tucked away among the lush tropical gardens and close enough to the sandy Pacific Beach so that the sound of the ocean will rock you to sleep, these beautiful and rustic new cottages feature a private porch with a hammock, one queen-size bed, an outdoor shower, and air conditioning. From the main building, the Pacifico Cottages are a short walk down the hill toward the beach.

Situated on a hillside, these wood-frame suites have two twin beds or one king-size bed, private bathroom with an outdoor shower, enclosed porch with a desk, and air conditioning. Nature Suites are a short walk (down a set of stone steps) from the main building.

Double Occupancy: $2,445 per person
Specifically designed for singles, these rooms provide privacy and elegance, while being inexpensive. They have private bathrooms and A/C.

Get in touch with nature in one of these wood-frame cottages set amid the lush vegetation of the tropics. Each Eco-Cottage has two twin beds, natural ventilation, a fan, and a private bathroom with ambient water showers (hot water showers are available in the nearby bathhouse). Eco-Cottages are a 10-minute walk (down a long set of stone steps) from the main building.
Single Occupancy: $2,075 per person
Double Occupancy: $1,850 per person
Set on a platform under a wooden roof, include a full size mattress with sheets and towels, and share a bathhouse. Good for 1 person or a couple.

Q: Do the accommodations have air conditioning or fans?
A: All rooms have ceiling fans. The Eco-Cottages do not have air conditioning. The Nature Suites and Hermitage, Mountain View, Ocean View, and Superior Ocean View rooms all have air conditioning.
Q: Do the windows open? Do they have screens?
A: All of the rooms have windows that open, with screens.
Q: Do the rooms have hair dryers and toiletries?
A: There are no hair dryers in the rooms. Blue Spirit does provide shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Also, there is a store on site where you can purchase additional toiletries.
Q: Do I need to bring a voltage converter for the electrical outlets?
A: If you are coming from the United States, you will not need a voltage converter, as both countries use the 110 volt system. If you are coming from Europe, you will need a voltage converter.

Q: Are there any adjoining rooms?
Q: Are there phones in the rooms?
A: There are no phones in the rooms, but there are phones on site for use. An international calling card is necessary to use the phones. Calling cards are available for purchase at Blue Spirit.
Q: Is the tap water safe to drink?
A: The water at Blue Spirit is treated by a filtration system and is safe to drink.
Q: Is there a Wi-Fi connection?
A: Yes, there is Wi-Fi throughout the main building and every room.
Q: Are there public computers?
A: Yes, there is a public computer with Internet access available to guests at no cost.
Q: Can Blue Spirit accommodate those with limited mobility?
A: Blue Spirit has limited accommodations for those with disabilities; please call for details. An elevator allows easy access throughout the main building, which includes the classrooms and dining room. However, Blue Spirit is located on a hill by the beach and as such the outdoor terrain is difficult to maneuver.
