Once we learn how to forgive, we can set ourselves free, says Emmy-award winning filmmaker and coach Gayle Kirschenbaum. Join Gayle, writer and producer of Look at Us Now, Mother!, in a special Teachers Studio where she shares her insights on finding self-healing through forgiveness.
During these unprecedented times, we have all been through a range of emotions. For many, isolation has led to fear, loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Our distrust of others, especially in those who have hurt us, is heightened. Confined in the same space with someone we feel has wronged us, we can become filled with anger and resentment.
Now more than ever it's critical to learn how to communicate, understand each other, and forgive one another. The first step: learning how to love and forgive ourselves.
Gayle shows us how to:
- Let go of the anger you have toward those who have hurt you
- Set yourself free from the mental and emotional bondage of your experiences
- Discover the peace of knowing that no matter whom you meet or what obstacles you face, you will come out stronger on the other side
Once you learn how to manage your thoughts and forgive, you become the hero of your story—not the victim.
Join live on Wednesday, December 8, 6:00-7:30 p.m. EST (3:00-4:30 p.m. PST). For registered participants, this class will be available on demand through February 6.
