Incorporate their methods into a daily practice to rejuvenate your eyes. Learn how to:
- Bathe the eyes with oxygen using simple breathing techniques
- Relax your neck and shoulders with gentle yoga stretches and simple movements for better circulation to your brain and eyes
- Use powerful acupressure points with Chinese eye massage
- Develop convergence—the ability of both eyes to look at the same point—and accommodation—the ability to change focus from one point to another—with specific exercises
