Note: Our Rhinebeck campus is closed in 2020. But we're still here for you. Join Omega Conversations with favorite teachers, and our private Facebook group community.

What's a typical day at Omega like? Before or after your scheduled workshop hours, you’ll have plenty of time to rest, rejuvenate, or be in community as you play and explore our beautiful Rhinebeck campus.

Omega's daily open classes in yoga, tai chi, meditation, and movement are designed to help you relax and unwind. Whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner, Omega's daily open classes have something for everyone and offer a variety of practice styles.

While you're on campus, mark the end of your day with inspiration and community. Evenings at Omega can offer gatherings, concerts, talks, readings, or films, as well as sample workshops on most Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Want to know what events are planned during your visit? See the information kiosks when you arrive.
