What's a typical day at Omega like? Before or after your scheduled workshop hours, you’ll have plenty of time to rest, rejuvenate, or be in community as you play and explore our beautiful Rhinebeck campus.
Omega's daily open classes in yoga, tai chi, meditation, and movement are designed to help you relax and unwind. Whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner, Omega's daily open classes have something for everyone and offer a variety of practice styles.
While you're on campus, mark the end of your day with inspiration and community. Evenings at Omega can offer gatherings, concerts, talks, readings, or films, as well as sample workshops on most Tuesdays and Thursdays.
