New Seasonal Staff Application

Thank you for your interest in joining our team! This application is for a Seasonal Staff position with full-time hours, which includes a commitment from April through October.

Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodations to assist in completing this application to the extent required by applicable law. A reasonable accommodation is a change in the way things are normally done that will ensure an equal employment opportunity without imposing undue hardship on Omega, such as providing an application with larger font for applicants with impaired vision. Please inform Omega’s People & Culture Administrator if you need assistance completing any forms or otherwise participating in the application process.

Before submitting your application, be sure to read our Seasonal Community, Frequently Asked Questions, and Department Descriptions pages so that you have a good understanding of life at Omega. If you have any doubts that you will be able to do the work assigned to you or that you may not be able to honor our boundaries, please reconsider applying.

Please fill out this application and submit it when you are done.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Please Note: Omega can only hire staff that are eligible to work in the US and have proper documents evidencing identity and employment authorization.

Omega’s Seasonal Staff receive a compensation package of wage, indoor housing, and all meals, that is at minimum equivalent to the New York State minimum wage. For example, with a base hourly rate, given a 35 hour work week, staff would receive a wage of $171.50 per week in addition to their housing and meals. Staff also enjoy an extensive array of specialized classes and community events designed just for them.
