Join American fitness guru Tony Horton, creator of the popular P90X® program, as he offers an in-depth view of what it takes to enjoy fitness at the highest level, live a truly healthy life, and have fun doing it.

Over the past 25 years, Tony Horton has shared his simple approach and fitness expertise with more than 8 million people, including professional athletes, sports teams, and celebrities. During this workshop, we experience workouts that are challenging and enjoyable. We learn specific steps to improve overall health, and engage in hands-on workshops and discussions about motivation, challenges, successes, and good eating habits.

This weekend program is suitable for women and men of all levels of fitness and for fitness instructors.

Dining Hall Hours (Dinner is included on arrival day):

Daily Open Classes in meditation, yoga, tai chi, or movement (subject to availability):
