Join a creative, nurturing space intended for thought leaders, healers, artists, and creatives of all kinds.
During an introductory session on Friday evening, we meet our visionary teachers: wellness advocate Francheska Medina, ascension guide Maryam Hasnaa At-Tauhidi, and modern-day healer Yeradmi Gomes.
On Saturday morning, delve into Conscious Entrepreneurship with Medina. In business, the concept of “playing the game” is generally viewed as the act of compromising your values to climb the proverbial ladder of success. Through a restructuring of our framework, we identify how one can cultivate an integrity-based business model in the digital space.
Saturday afternoon, explore Energy Exchange with At-Tauhidi. Discuss the unconscious power dynamics that block us from experiencing true intimacy, and imagine a new blueprint for how we desire to exchange energy with others. Learn basic energy work, boundary setting, and a process for ending relationships that don’t serve us well.
During our final session, Gomes guides us in The Art of Slowing Down. We practice yin yoga to relieve tension, increase circulation, and target deep connective tissues throughout the body. We also experience restorative yoga to create a sense of calm, ease, and relaxation.
