Reinvigorate your minds, bodies, careers, lives, and relationships as you discover the latest research on and best practices for women’s leadership. Engage with more than 300 presenters from around the world sharing over 120 thought-provoking projects through formats ranging from six-minute messages to full presentations and workshops as you develop meaningful personal connections, care for your health, and pause for contemplation.

ILA’s 3rd Biennial Women and Leadership conference provides a critical forum for bringing together top leadership thinkers and practitioners and is uniquely designed to support the development of successful, professional women in a nourishing, supportive community.

Plenary sessions featuring best-selling authors, and well-known leadership experts anchor a program designed to offer distinctive opportunities for learning, discussion, networking, reflection, and renewal. Enjoy conference activities on campus, including yoga, meditation, tai chi, hiking, reflective writing, fireside chats, facilitated meal-time discussions, and live performances about Grandma Moses and Eleanor Roosevelt.

Come learn and contribute to more integrated leadership solutions that can positively impact our complex global environment and enhance women’s leadership status worldwide. With your active participation, we can cultivate our whole selves!

ILA and the WLAG conference committee are pleased to be collaborating on this conference with the Omega Women's Leadership Center, a hub for women's leadership at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies.
