Miranda Esmonde-White, creator of Essentrics® fitness technique and author of Aging Backwards, introduces you to your body in a way you’ve never known. A combination of group fitness classes, breakout sessions, group discussions, and lectures show you the necessary steps toward a youthful life. Through full-body strengthening and stretching, Essentrics workouts increase your body awareness, improve your range of motion, and help use clean alignment for posture, pain relief, and healing. Personalized modifications are provided during group fitness.

Connect your mind and body in a workout of dynamic yet gentle exercises that are safe and compassionate to all ages, body types, and fitness levels. Miranda is joined by a team of Essentrics master trainers throughout the weekend.
