This workshop is for people of all ages who want to learn how to maintain or regain a youthful body. Miranda Esmonde-White introduces and guides you through The Essentrics® Workout which incorporates the most up-to-date scientific studies and ancient knowledge in healthy aging.
Your body is designed to age slowly, not rapidly. The knowledge you gain in this workshop will guide you into how to remain healthy, pain-free, and energetic throughout your life—regardless of chronological years. Groundbreaking new science suggests we have more control over the aging process than was previously thought.
A combination of group fitness classes, breakout sessions, group discussions, and lectures will provide you with the necessary steps towards regaining a youthful body, and a profound new way of looking at the aging process. Through full-body strengthening and stretching, Essentrics workouts increase your body awareness, raise your energy, improve your range of motion, alignment and posture—while relieving chronic pain. Personalized modifications are provided by Miranda and her team of Master Trainers during the group fitness classes.
