Are you ready to harvest the full meaning of your life and ramp up the possibility of what can be your juiciest future? Join funny, sassy, compassionate, 70-something best friends Joan Borysenko and Loretta LaRoche for a pro-aging weekend of fun and inspiration.
Through lectures, exercises, writing practices, and group discussions you get with the program and understand why senior moments aren’t about losing words but about gaining right-brain skills of pattern recognition and perspective. You learn new brain skills to keep what you’ve got and take the time to reflect on your journey, celebrate your loves and losses, and map the roads taken and forsaken.
Rise above the stress and the whining and get mindful, creative, and curious about your life and what’s coming next. Wear your purple, bring your partner and friends, and prepare to laugh, cry, and make meaning and music. Anyone interested in aging with sass and class is welcome.
