The teachings of the Bön religion, which predate Buddhism in Tibet, offer an introduction to the reality of existence and the nature of mind.
In this weekend workshop, Latri Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche discusses ancient Tibetan practices of the Yngdrung Bön tradition and shows you how they can help awaken your innate wisdom, healing, and peace. Through Dzogchen meditation, you discover the essence of your mind as you closely watch and monitor your thoughts leading you into a deeper level of your true self. You come to understand how experiences of sorrow and anger can bring stress, health issues, and depression, while less negative reactions and happiness can bring healing and joy into your life.
In addition to guiding you through these meditation practices, Rinpoche also engages in open conversations and answers questions to clarify any confusion.
