What if loving and accepting yourself unconditionally was the secret to true healing and happiness? How do you learn to fully love and accept yourself so that healing can take place?

In this inspiring workshop, discover how to truly be yourself and use self-love to bring transformative healing into your life. Sharing her own remarkable journey from end-stage cancer, through a near-death experience, to total healing, Anita Moorjani shows how learning to love and accept herself unconditionally brought her back from the brink of death. And she reveals how the same process can bring healing to everyone.

Through guided meditations, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and more, you:

  • Discover how to love yourself for who you are, not for who the world wants you to be
  • See what having a healthy dose of self-love looks like in a relationship
  • Practice a step-by-step process to develop your own self-respect and self-worth
  • Learn how to love yourself as though your life depends on it—because it does!

You also gain tips, tools, and exercises you can continue to practice at home for a happier, healthier life.

Dining Hall Hours (Dinner is included on arrival day):
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.–8:45 a.m.
Lunch: Noon–2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m.–7:15 p.m.

Daily Open Classes in meditation, yoga, tai chi, or movement (subject to availability):
7:00–8:00 a.m., 12:15–1:00 p.m., 5:30–6:15 p.m., 5:30–6:30 p.m.


Anita Moorjani, author of Dying to Be Me and What if This Is Heaven?, had worked in the corporate world for many years before being diagnosed with cancer in 2002. Her near-death experience in 2006 profoundly changed her perspective on life, and provided her with the insights she now shares with others at conferences and events worldwide.
