Imagine a world in which businesses make human flourishing their first priority. What if these businesses—which prioritize the welfare of all their stakeholders, and which help heal their employees, customers, and communities—are more profitable and prosperous than their industry peers?
In this highly engaging program led by Michael J. Gelb and Raj Sisodia, coauthors of The Healing Organization, you learn a transformative, liberating, and uplifting way of thinking about business and the role you play in it. Throughout the weekend, you:
- Learn how to apply a new, more creative and human paradigm for business
- Explore the 4 pillars of Conscious Capitalism
- Grow as a leader by defining a higher purpose for your work
- Cultivate the emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to be a healing leader
Faculty recommends you read the following book in preparation for the course:
- The Healing Organization: Awakening the Conscience of Business to Help Save the World by Raj Sisodia and Michael J. Gelb
