How do we stay present and grounded while juggling the demands of motherhood, careers, and relationships? How do we make space to connect with ourselves? Start by joining yoga teacher and mom Pilin Anice for a weekend to slow down, recharge, and explore what it means to be a mindful mama.
In this nurturing workshop, you learn tools to improve your mental and physical well-being through movement, meditation, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic self-care. Together we:
- Decompress with rejuvenating yoga and joyful dance
- Establish simple accessible ways to nurture yourself daily
- Practice breathing and meditation techniques to release “mom guilt” and open fully to the present moment
- Connect and share collective insights and wisdom
- Learn Abhyanga massage and other Ayurvedic self-care rituals to balance and soothe the nervous system
Return home feeling restored, vibrant, and empowered with tools to mother yourself and your children mindfully. Open to mothers and grandmothers with children of all ages. No previous experience with yoga or dance is necessary.
