Busy women tend to struggle with similar challenges. We can get overwhelmed or have trouble saying no. We take care of others before we take care of ourselves. We question our careers, our parenting, our marriages, and our priorities. And we often feel like we aren’t good enough.
But we also know what we want. We yearn to enjoy the life that we’ve worked so hard to create, with meaningful work and amazing relationships with our spouses, friends, and children. The good news is: Everything we want is within reach.
Discover effective, science-based techniques for overcoming stress, perfectionism, and relationship conflicts in everyday life. Through dynamic presentations, thought-provoking exercises, and discussions, we learn to focus on want we want—and what it takes to get it. We return home with a heightened sense of control, deeper self-acceptance, and a greater ability to live our most authentic life.
