Kundalini is often called the yoga of householders, meaning that we do not need to be on the monastic path to experience divine love.
At Camp Kundalini, Yoga Farm Ithaca cofounder Jeannie O'Neill and yoga teacher Francine Reynolds lead us to engage our playful and childlike curiosity to invoke the deep inner wisdom we were born with. Together, we practice Kundalini kriyas, mantras, meditations, and breathwork to bring us into a state of deep connection to self and a palpable sense of belonging to community.
This is the week to unlearn stories of limitations and "not good enoughs" and instead embrace the masterpiece that you are, shine your light, and return to your life renewed.
The Kundalini practice is accessible and adaptive to beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
