Transform Yourself. Transform the World.

“In Coaching for Transformation, you’ll learn to coach the whole person by embracing the boundless creativity and the deepest challenges of your clients. We go deeply into cultural awareness so you can support others in addressing central challenges of our time. Whether in your professional coaching business, existing career, or new professional venture, the skills, pathways, and core principles you’ll learn will provide a palette for expanding your clients’ awareness and purposeful action.” —Richard Michaels, Director of Coaching for Transformation

If you enjoy working closely with people who strive to make the world a better place, train to be a Certified Professional Coach who inspires and awakens personal power in others. Coaching for Transformation, now in its 11th year, provides you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to make a difference one person, one group, at a time.

Committed to advancing social justice and to making coaching accessible to less served individuals and communities, this 10-month program uses an evolutionary, holistic model that deepens an awareness of body, mind, and spirit. It is designed for those who strive to support people in realizing their highest potential, and for those who value diversity, inclusion, and positive social change.

This unique training helps you:

23 coaching skills, 3 levels of listening, 5 pathways to alignment

a supportive learning community, seasoned faculty, powerful coaching demonstrations

a unique coaching voice, a vision for your life as a professional coach, the capacity to turn curious prospects into highly committed clients

You can use coaching to enhance your existing practice or career—from health care, education, and social work to human resources, management, and consulting. Or, launch your own business as a professional coach to effect change and help people maximize their potential.

When you successfully complete the requirements for this Accredited Coach Training Program, you become a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and have the option of applying for an International Coach Federation Coaching (ICF) credential based on accrued coaching hours.

Coaching for Transformation begins with a weeklong intensive at Omega, where you start your professional training, get inspired, meet like-minded people, share meals together, and more—all while enjoying evening events, hiking trails, and other rejuvenating amenities in an intimate natural setting. After your initial week of training with the faculty, you stay connected with online teleclasses, discussions, and assignments, plus three additional weekends on campus:
August 4-6 · September 8-10 · October 27-29
