Curriculum. The in-depth, experiential curriculum gives you 5 pathways, 3 levels of listening, and 23 coaching skills that fully prepare you to be a transformational coach. As you work with the shadow and learn to call out your client’s power, you develop confidence that you can address the most challenging situations.

Mentoring. You get rigorous feedback on your coaching skills in both group and individual mentor sessions. Whether you’re a new or experienced coach, your mentor celebrates your growth and challenges you to deepen your effectiveness and become a more powerful coach.

Cultural Awareness. Learn to coach across differences by exploring power, privilege, race, gender, class, and more.

Community. As part of a lively learning community that begins on Omega's campus, you create deep, meaningful, and lasting friendships. Fresh perspectives from community discussions and peer coaching practice enhance your coaching skills and expand your network.

Depth. You can expand consciousness by exploring emotions and building awareness of needs and values. From that place of deep awareness, clients move their lives forward by honoring their heart, their light, and their wisdom.

Holistic. Transformation happens when people move into alignment with their body, mind, and spirit. Honoring wholeness, transformational coaches help clients connect with the wisdom of their soul to intentionally design a balanced, fulfilling life.

Faculty. Coaching for Transformation teachers care deeply about people and support you every step of the way. Serious about their own growth, the TFC faculty give you live feedback when you coach them on real issues.

Transformation. As you immerse yourself in coaching, your life changes. Relationships with your family, your work, and your life blossom. Program graduates say they knew coaching would be transformational for their clients but did not realize it would be so profoundly transformational for themselves.

Marketing. Launch your business by identifying your niche, stepping into your unique brand of coaching, and building the coaching business that is right for you. You can learn to enjoy all aspects of marketing, including pricing, using social media, asking for testimonials, getting referrals, and starting with clients.
