Without certain relationship skills, even the most devoted partners can find themselves descending into arguments, power struggles, and disillusionment.

Building a conscious partnership based on cooperation and trust is hard work—but can be achieved through fun and play.

Psychologist, psychotherapist, and author Julia B. Colwell guides you in body-centered techniques to develop the respectful, authentic, and loving partnership you desire. Discover deeper intimacy and rekindle the joy, connection, and passion in your relationship by learning to:

  • Increase your ability to give and receive love
  • Shift out of power struggles and into mutual responsibility and support
  • End the blame game and let go of accusation and resentment
  • Create successful agreements
  • Develop a language of appreciation
  • Build communication strategies and techniques for recognizing and moving through your emotions

In addition to gaining awareness and understanding of your true power, you leave with new skills to be more authentic, live in higher levels of integrity, and have more fun in all areas of life.

This workshop is focused on couples, but individuals are also welcome.

Dining Hall Hours (Dinner is included on arrival day):
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.–8:45 a.m.
Lunch: Noon–2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m.–7:15 p.m.

Daily Open Classes in meditation, yoga, tai chi, or movement (subject to availability):

Julia B. Colwell, PhD, author of The Relationship Skills Workbook and The Relationship Ride, is a psychologist and psychotherapist with nearly three decades of experience helping individuals, couples, and groups, explore the world of relationships.
