Discover the intellectual and practical framework of Zero Balancing in this workshop with leading teacher and practitioner Jim McCormick.

Zero Balancing (ZB) is a mind-body system of healing and personal transformation that was developed in the 1970s by Dr. Fritz Smith. Its theories and practices combine Western ideas of anatomy and physiology, particularly from osteopathy, with ideas of energetic anatomy and enlightenment from the East. It is a valuable system for reducing physical pain and improving alignment, and has also helped many people gain a deeper connection to their core self.

In this foundation-level workshop with leading teacher and practitioner Jim McCormick, you explore the intellectual and practical framework behind ZB. Throughout the week, you learn to:

  • Perform the basic ZB protocol and what it feels like to be received
  • Understand the theories and principles of ZB
  • Distinguish body energy and body structure through touch
  • Improve your ability to use energy as a working tool
  • Become familiar with the energetic anatomy of the skeleton

Return home with the skills you need to perform a complete ZB session for clients.

Course begins Sunday at 8:00 p.m. The Zero Balancing Health Association independently offers continuing education credits for this class. see zerobalancing.com for more information. This workshop qualifies for credit toward Zero Balancing Certification.
