Create compelling videos that will inspire your audience and drive your business with video journalist Rob Harris.

Do you want to turn your yoga, qigong, or meditation class into a successful online course? Do you want a compelling video to introduce yourself to your audience? In today’s digital-first world, practitioners of all kinds need high-quality video to market workshops and sell their content online.

Join former  New York Times  video journalist Rob Harris for a creative, inspiring, and highly productive weeklong exploration into Digital Storytelling. Through discussion, video viewings, and lots of hands on practice, you explore the ins and outs of planning, shooting, and editing two different types of content—practices and teachings. You also learn how to create promotional content to inspire your audience to sign up for your classes.

By the end of this workshop, you create a practice video of your own to continue to work on at home. Then, one month after the workshop, you reconvene online to screen your very own promotional video and receive individualized feedback from Harris.

No prior video experience is necessary.

Faculty asks that you bring a laptop, a 1TB portable USB hard drive, and a video camera (smart phone is acceptable) with you to the course.
