We’ve all been taught that the only way to create success is to work longer and harder. To get better results, we’re told, we have to put in more time and energy.
In this workshop, author Kate Northrup reveals another way. We learn data- and soul-driven time and energy management practices that result in saving time and making more money—all with less stress. We explore using rest as a growth strategy, discover how cyclical planning can work in concert with our biology and nature to get us into momentum, and encounter a new paradigm of working and living that allows us to do less while achieving more.
Women of all ages and in all stages of life are welcome, from artists to moms to career-shifters to current and aspiring business owners. We leave with a map for reorienting our work and life so that it’s nourishing, relaxing, and joyful—as well as wildly productive.

Daily Open Classes in meditation, yoga, tai chi, or movement (subject to availability):
