What if changing how you move could improve how you feel, no matter your age? Challenge the myths of aging and invest in your wellness by learning how to care for your body—feet, ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulders, pelvic floor, brain, and all the rest—in a whole-body, whole-life way.
Guided by biomechanist and movement enthusiast Katy Bowman, this weekend you explore how to move in ways that use all parts of your body, discover how nature can enhance your movement experience, and learn a wide variety of non-exercise movement you can introduce into your everyday life to keep your body robust as you age.
As you get rid of old habits and patterns and bring more movement into your life, it’s possible to look, move, and feel younger than you did a decade ago.
All ages, experience levels, and body types are welcome.
Enrollment is limited for this program; register early.
