Discover an innovative yoga-based program designed to overcome disordered eating and negative body image. Open to both yoga teachers and mental health professionals, this in-depth training covers an integrative mind­-body approach to overcoming food and body image challenges.

Together we learn to:

  • Connect with a community of like-minded professionals who share a common goal—to help individuals overcome disordered eating and negative body image
  • Explore an integrative curriculum of mindful movement practices, meditative tools, and psychoeducational exercises
  • Give back through service and offer our unique skills and experience to help clients tap into their bodies’ innate intelligence and foster a compassionate relationship with themselves

No yoga experience is necessary. This training is for helping professionals, including yoga teachers, mental health practitioners, educators, and medical professionals.

Enrollment is limited for this program; register early. This in-depth training serves as Module 1 of the Eat Breathe Thrive Facilitator Training; graduates are eligible to apply to Module 2.

Dining Hall Hours (Dinner is included on arrival day):

Daily Open Classes in meditation, yoga, tai chi, or movement (subject to availability):
