Energy flows all around and within our bodies. It is the life force that nourishes, heals, and keeps us going. So, how do we replenish and improve our life force? This is what energy medicine is all about.
Join leaders in the field to explore a variety of energy healing modalities. Together we take a look at the history (ancient and modern) of energy medicine, and peer into the field’s future. We get glimpses of how various forms of energy medicine are being used in hospitals, schools, and other institutions to improve health and well-being. We examine some traditional techniques, and then dive into an array of leading-edge applications.
Through hands-on exercises, lectures, discussions, and techniques to take home, you learn how energy medicine can be used for:
- Enhancing your health and vitality
- Strengthening your resilience to illness
- Improving your memory and clarity of mind
- Bringing greater joy into your life
We also learn daily energy medicine routines and simple ways to incorporate energy medicine into our lives, relationships, and communities.
This interactive program welcomes everyone—from energy healing practitioners and psychotherapists to those who want to learn healing and wellness techniques for personal use.
