Description

In the midst of your fast paced life, you can learn to be happy, healthy, and peaceful. You don’t have to leave the world behind and run off to a cave to learn mindfulness and reduce stress.

In this weeklong retreat with author and yoga teacher Beryl Bender Birch, you can discover how to make your life a mindfulness practice and find serenity amid everyday uncertainty and turbulence. Through four forms of yoga practice—meditation, movement, conscious breathing, and yoga nidra—discover how to cultivate everyday mindfulness and gain a greater awareness and deeper understanding of who you truly are.

Walking meditation, mindful eating, and watchful engagement with others and the world around you also help you learn to be grateful, choose joy, and be present to all that happens in each moment. Take home the key to reducing stress in your life—the ability to focus your mind on the present moment, which is where life is lived and the only place you can ever be. Then, the future will take care of itself.

More Information

This program offers 51.5 hours toward 200/500-hour certification with The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute. Participants are required to attend ALL sessions in order to receive credit for the 51.5 hours of training. Participants will only be credited with the number of hours they actually attend.

Things to Bring:

Please keep in mind before you come:
