Chinese philosophy teaches that when we align our thoughts and actions with the Abiding Truths, we are happy, more likely to have a positive mood, and be successful in life. Western science has demonstrated the powerful, positive effects of qigong and tai chi on mood, stress, and sleep.
In this workshop, Yang Yang guides you in WaQi, an evidence-based program distilled from classic qigong and tai chi practice. You learn a set of functional meditations and movement practices to awaken your body’s healing energy. A recent study funded by the National Institutes for Health, using Yang’s WaQi program, demonstrated the significant positive effects of qigong and tai chi on sleep and anxiety.
You return home with a deeper connection to the Abiding Truths, such as Innate Human Kindness, and a simple yet profound 15-minute daily routine to cultivate a positive mood, transforming stress into wisdom, happiness, and sound sleep.
All levels of experience, from novices to seasoned practitioners, benefit from Yang’s caring, fun, and wise instruction.
