Do worries about money have you on edge? The past few years have tested many of us emotionally, socially, spiritually—and financially.
What's more, systemic barriers to financial stability based on gender, race, and class have been compounded during the global pandemic and world events.
Using a holistic, spirit-centered approach, this 3-day workshop for all who identify as women explores three core elements for increased fluency and comfort with the role money plays in our personal lives:
- Emotional currency: the personal feelings, stories, fears, and dreams about money that can block us from, or propel us toward, living wholehearted lives
- Investing: demystifying this vital activity with clear guidance on the how, what, and where of investing
- Your questions: from repairing a damaged credit score, to paying off student loan debt, to navigating finances in the face of major life events such as marriage or divorce
Through lectures, solo exercises, and group sharing, this lively workshop demystifies money.
An optional online, 90-minute follow-up on Tuesday, September 19, 7:00-8:30 p.m. ET (4:00-5:30 p.m. PT) to check in on your goals is offered for $25.
Omega wishes to acknowledge Manisha Thakor's generosity in teaching the workshop pro bono to offer her personal support to Omega Institute during the pandemic recovery period.
