Love, peace, and joy is the natural condition of your heart at rest in pure being. Yet, commonly we live on the surface of ourselves, disconnected from the font of inner nourishment that is always present to nourish, refine, and expand us. This 5-day retreat is dedicated to relaxing the chase for “more,” unwinding unworthiness, giving up spiritual resistance, and releasing anything that limits you from finally relaxing, feeling satisfied, and truly being at peace.

During this rare opportunity, you will leave the outer world behind and journey into the deepest longings of your heart. Together, we will practice ego relaxation with the important themes of your life, compassionately learning to get out of our own way and truly listen, supported by this beautiful environment. At every stage of the spiritual path, there is grace to help you heal and thrive. Through holistic inquiry, meditation, and devotional chanting we will:

  • Recognize grace as your unchanging ground
  • Receive the love that ends the sense of lack
  • Open to the presence that dissolves your obstacles
  • Abide in the silent nectar of your vast heart
  • Find a more easeful, fulfilling way of being in this world from a consciousness beyond it

The format is experiential and powerfully transformative, with practices designed to help you function from inner guidance rather than conditioned patterns of mind. Learn how to surrender, ask, and listen, and receive expanded teachings on the practice of meditation, devotion, prayer, and self-inquiry.
