Reiki is one of the most popular and widely recognized forms of energy healing in the world. Founded by Japanese mystic Mikao Usui, Reiki literally translates as “divine (or universal) life force.” When properly applied, Reiki maintains our health and well-being, and can unveil our deepest spiritual nature.
In this weekend Reiki training, we receive initiations for both first and second degree Reiki using a sacred process called an attunement. For many, simply being attuned to Reiki is a life-changing experience because attunement raises our overall energy vibration, causing us to shed negative life patterns.
With compassion and humor, Reiki master Brett Bevell gently guides us in learning Reiki techniques for self-treatment and teaches us how to perform healing sessions on others. We also learn how to engage sacred Reiki symbols to increase the power of Reiki treatments, bring focus for mental health, and send Reiki treatments distantly.
No previous Reiki experience is required.
After attending this workshop participants will be better able to:
- Employ an increased awareness of subtle energies and how to access Reiki Universal Life Force Energy
- Perform Reiki Universal Life Force Energy self treatments to optimize one’s personal spiritual well being
- Perform Reiki Universal Life Force Energy treatments on their clients
- Cite the 5 Principles of Reiki and incorporate those life principles into daily living
- Be spiritually and energetically present with a Reiki client without diagnosing, labeling, or interpreting the client
- Access and use the 3 sacred traditional Reiki 2nd degree symbols in accordance with Reiki tradition
- Demonstrate a basic foundational knowledge of how to perform a group Reiki treatment with more than one practitioner working on a single individual
