Journey virtually to the south of Italy with a chef, sommelier, and art historian, and absorb the culture, gastronomy, and wines of the Amalfi Coast.

Journey with us on a virtual tour to the southern part of Italy and absorb with all your senses the beauty, culture, gastronomy, and wines of the Amalfi Coast. Travel through time in Naples, ferry over to the island of Capri, enjoy limoncello in Sorrento, and experience the majesty of Ravello.

Join a professionally trained chef, a sommelier and culinary professor, and an Italian architect/art history professor as you immerse yourself in a culinary and cultural experience from the comfort of Omega’s campus. Create delicious meals from the Amalfi Coast, taste and experience southern Italian wines, and learn about the rich history, art, and people. This workshop includes Italian art and history discussions, hands-on cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, and a dinner celebrating the delicacies the group has prepared.

During the weekend, you learn how to cook amazing southern Italian meals; how to identify, select, and pair southern Italian wines with the proper foods; and food sustainability and 0 kilometer philosophy.
