If you are called to help others but you do so at the cost of your own health and well-being, it is time to break that habit. Radical self-care is not selfish or narcissistic, nor does it ask you to give up on your calling. It actually amplifies your ability to serve.

During a week imbued with self-care, mystic and medical doctor Lissa Rankin helps you interrupt your pattern of giving until you’re depleted and shift to habits that fill you first. You meditate, dance, sing, make art, immerse yourself in nature, do yoga, eat well, sleep, and gather in a loving, conscious tribe of others who heal and give care. As you learn to move from being focused on others to a consciousness that allows you to hold both your own self-care and the compassionate tending of another in your awareness, you become a channel for love, ready to serve wherever it is needed.

Healers of any kind, including spiritual leaders, activists, life coaches, teachers, mothers, or those caring for a sick or elderly loved one are welcome to join us to rewrite your story of service.

Save $100 on Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or Heal the Healer when you attend the Energy Psychology Conference. To take advantage of this discount, please call Omega at 877.944.2002 to register. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

Lissa Rankin, MD, learned the hard way that you can't help anyone else unless you care for yourself too. After her own experience with burnout, she discovered a way to follow her calling and provide optimal health for herself and those she serves. She is author of Mind Over Medicine, The Fear Cure, and The Anatomy of a Calling and is founder of the Whole Health Medicine Institute. She has been featured on two National Public Television specials, has given three TEDx talks, and is currently traveling the world researching sacred medicine. lissarankin.com
