Become empowered to guide others in meditation during this training for anyone who wants to safely and intelligently share practice with friends and colleagues.
Best-selling author Jeff Warren and mindfulness teacher Julianna Raye discuss topics including the power of holding space, the fundamental attentional skills that underlie practice, how these skills can be threaded through different “forms” or techniques (from meditating on the breath to sound to imagination to movement), how to work with common meditation-related challenges, how to use accessible language, and the centrality of honesty and teaching “where you’re at.”
The weekend includes a mix of guided meditation, experiential exercises, and discussion. Expect a thrilling weekend of empowerment, exploration, and community connection.
