Join entrepreneur and wellness expert Bizzie Gold for a unique weekend immersion based on her best-selling online course: “BREAK: The School of Sustainable Self- Mastery.”

The Break Method is a 12-week program for therapeutic transformation. Together we learn through interactive webinars, lectures, Directed Storytelling® workbook exercises, and group sessions to rewire our emotional responses and live free of emotional addiction, self-sabotage, destruction, and psychological disorders.

The BREAK Method is:

The BREAK Method is NOT:

  • Financial codependence or follow-up “coaching”
  • Traditional talk therapy (“So What Do You Think?”)
  • “Unpacking of Wounds” (we STOP your attachment to the storyline, not perpetuate it)
  • Passive dependence on a therapist or authority figure (active participation is the key)
  • Enabling relationships (active accountability ONLY)

This 2-day workshop is based on the same online course and provides personalized and hands-on experience for those unable to commit to a 12-week curriculum or for those looking to enrich their program experience.

Intense focus is given to the pivotal protocols and workbooks of the online course, including Directed Storytelling®, Friends & Family Audit, as well as the Life Audit exercises. We walk away with a new toolbox to navigate through emotional addiction, relationships, depression, anxiety, self-sabotage, and fear while understanding the root causes of our dysfunction.

This workshop is open for women to attend individually or with their children (who can register for Omega’s Children’s Program for an additional fee; enrollment is limited). Those who attend with children participate in a family-oriented transformation, drawing ties between their own energetic patterns and their parenting style while taking actionable steps for the empowerment of both mother and child.

Refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) up to eight days before your program or stay.

Nonrefundable credit toward a future Omega program or stay (less a $50 processing fee) is available if you give notice between seven and one day(s) before your program or stay. Credit may be applied to any Omega program or stay for one year following date of issue.

No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.
