As current neuroscience informs us, we can become better navigators of our own thoughts. Merging brain-based information with the power of meditation creates a strategic and highly effective way to direct thoughts, regulate emotions, and promote self-directed healing.
Neurosculpting® meditation and stress management is a simple, 5-step, whole-brain approach to gaining control of limiting stress patterns and uncovering the brain dynamics that underlie mental, emotional, and physical pain.
Through lecture, group and individual activity, discussions, and hands-on experience, we learn to:
- Apply the 5-step process of self-guided Neurosculpting meditation
- Reduce stress and develop more resiliency
- Improve health through diet, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle habits
- Create a lasting daily practice we can apply at work and at home
