Living Meditation is a powerful approach to sitting practice developed by David Harshada Wagner over more than 20 years of teaching individuals and in group settings. At the core of Living Meditation are 27 techniques rooted in the Indian mystical traditions of yoga, Vedanta, and Tantra, honed to suit modern practitioners.

In this 5-day immersion, you dive deep into your inner world and learn tools that you can incorporate into your regular practice and your life. You learn how sitting practice can help you live a more passionate, purpose-driven, awakened life.

Wagner guides you in deep sitting meditation and teaches you to hold onto that state of meditative absorption as you hike, eat, play, and enjoy nature. You also participate in discussions about the application of inner yoga in everyday life.

This workshop is recommended for yoga lovers, healers, and meditation practitioners with some prior mediation experience, but all are welcome.

Scholarships are available; see Holistic Studies application at
