Description

Discover leading-edge practices and perspectives for living fully with both the Internet and the inner-net. Learn how to become less stressed and more present at home and at work, how to appreciate and work better with others, and how to bring more joy and humor into your life.

Using the resources and wisdom of your own body and mind, followed by group discussions, you reconnect with passion and creativity and gather practical methods of integrating yoga, mindfulness, and compassion practices into personal and family lives as well as technology, education, business, nonprofit management, the arts, and international travel. Many of these methods are practiced at Google, where Google’s chief evangelist Gopi Kallayil introduced yoga and contemplative thought leader Mirabai Bush developed a course in mindfulness-based emotional intelligence—both forming the foundation of Google’s acclaimed Search Inside Yourself program.

Each session includes yoga, meditation, and compassion practices as well as question-and-answer sessions, discussions, humor, and examples of how others are using these evidence-based practices to grow and lead from the inside out.

Mirabai Bush is also part of Contemplative Practice in Higher Education.
