With all of life’s busyness, it can be hard for mothers and daughters to slow down and spend time with each other. Our girls are growing up so fast, and just when we think we know who they are, they change and mature some more.

This mother-daughter yoga retreat is a perfect time to be with our daughters and appreciate them as they are now. During the weekend, we have the chance to practice individual yoga poses, meditation, and relaxation exercises next to our daughters—and them next to us—and play with them in fun partner yoga poses.

We leave the retreat with practices we can do alone and together at home. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Recommended for daughters ages 8 and up.
