Patricia Albere teaches the practice of Mutual Awakening, a WE-Space meditation done together, as a powerful way to access a state of higher relatedness.

While an individual spiritual practice is beautiful and useful, it’s obvious that our world is calling us to move beyond our separate sense of self and discover a “we” consciousness that we can access together—one in which consciousness is shared, dynamic, and fluid. Mutual Awakening is a 5-module WE-Space meditation that is done together, speaking, and eyes wide open—because being human is about connection and relationship.

During the weekend immersion we are guided each step of the way through the five modules and:

  • Learn the history and science behind Mutual Awakening
  • Discuss how the practice came into being, and how engaging it creates new pathways in our brains, cultivates flow states, and develops empathy
  • Discover how your individual meditation practice can serve to propel you into an expanded, dual awakening
  • Learn where to come from and what to pay attention to as we begin
  • Become empowered to share the practice with a partner of your choosing

Through the practice, we experience a state of higher relatedness and shared consciousness–one attuned to our evolutionary needs at this time in history.
