This week at Omega Costa Rica, explore the connections between sexuality and blissful consciousness, unlock your erotic intelligence, or uncover the beauty of hidden wisdom. Joan Borysenko, PhD, trained at the Harvard Medical School as a cancer cell biologist and is a pioneer in mind-body medicine and the psychology of healing. The author of 15 books, she is a popular speaker whose wisdom, wit, and compassion are practical, informative, and deeply inspiring.


Barry Michels, LCSW, JD, has been in private practice as a psychotherapist since 1986. He holds a law degree from University of California, Berkeley, and is a contributor to Psychology Today and He is coauthor, with Phil Stutz, of The Tools.

Maia Danziger, CPCC, is a certified professional coactive coach, who helps writers and artists develop creatively and fulfill their careers. Author of Relax & Write, she is also an Emmy Award-winning actress and founder of the Actor’s Company Theatre in New York.

Leslie Salmon Jones

Leslie Salmon Jones, creator of Afro Flow Yoga™, is a professional dancer, certified holistic personal trainer, wellness coach, yoga instructor, and public speaker. She began ballet and Afro-Caribbean dance at the age of seven and has since studied and trained with many world-renowned masters of dance, yoga, and spirituality.

Jeff W. Jones

Jeff W. Jones, cofounder of Afro Flow Yoga™ with his wife Leslie Salmon Jones, is a multi-instrumentalist, recording artist, musical director, and composer. With his music, he creates an intuitive dynamic flow through a stream of consciousness and the mastery of African-inspired rhythms, instruments, and vocals, synergizing the class collective for a healing musical journey.

Roger Jahnke, OMD, has practiced Chinese medicine clinically for more than 25 years. Author of two best-selling books, The Healer Within and The Healing Promise of Qi, he is director of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi.

Annette Knopp

Annette Knopp is an Inner-Depth Counselor, shamanic practitioner, and certified yoga teacher. Knopp draws from a rich background in nondual meditation and spiritual inquiry, shamanic energy medicine, yoga, and modern Western psycho-spiritual approaches. Knopp counsels and mentors clients around the world, and has been facilitating women’s workshops for many years.

Stephan Rechtschaffen

Stephan Rechtschaffen, MD, author of Timeshifting, is cofounder of the Omega Institute and the creator and director of Blue Spirit Costa Rica. He has been teaching Manifest Your Vision for more than 20 years and regularly consults with centers, organizations, and businesses in this emerging field.

Steven Michael Pague, cofacilitator of Omega’s winter programs for more than 28 years, is a certified instructor of Chinese movement and healing arts with the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi and teaches life skills and nature awareness with the Tracking Project.
