Workshop

Opening the Heart Workshop

May 24 - May 27 2019 Rhinebeck, NY
Discover how The Opening the Heart Workshop helps us heal from emotional wounds, build healthier relationships, and find new directions.

The Opening the Heart Workshop (OTH) offers a holistic approach to emotional health that integrates mind, body, and spirit. Taught for more than four decades, this workshop draws on a powerful blend of contemporary positive psychology and ancient wisdom traditions. Throughout the weekend, you learn to:

  • Find and work through blocked emotions
  • Let go of the past
  • Reconnect with your own core truths
  • Deepen self-respect and self-love

Discover how to move ahead in your life by opening to the natural emotional intelligence and wisdom within your own heart. In this safe place—guided by experienced, compassionate teachers—hearts begin to relax, pain eases, and connection is nurtured.

Scholarships: Scholarships are available; apply online.
