It's advertised everywhere: "You can be, do, and have it all!" But what if life throws a curveball? Broken hearts, career upsets, financial downturns, health challenges—what then? This is the question coach Christine Hassler will answer in this popular workshop.
This weekend presents a proven method to manifest dreams, bounce back from disappointment, and practice life-changing tools for lasting transformation. In an experiential combination of lecture, group and self reflection, guided meditation and visualization, and one-on-one "hot seat" coaching, learn what an “expectation hangover” is, why it is a blessing, and how to get what you want by letting go. Go beyond positive thinking and short-term coping mechanisms to raise your self-worth, release negative emotions, release limiting beliefs, and unlock your "soul curriculum."
Deepen your self-awareness as you connect the dots from your past to heal old hurts and create a strategy to unblock your future. Return home with a holistic action plan and skills to overcome avoidance or anxiety and achieve your desires with greater connection and self-compassion.
Faculty recommends you read the following book in preparation for the course:
- Expectation Hangover: Free Yourself from Your Past, Change Your Present and Get What You Really Want by Christine Hassler
Also, Faculty recommends that you listen to a few of the coaching episodes on her podcast, “Over It and On With It,” to learn and also familiarize yourself with the concepts she teaches and how she coaches.
