Taking intentional steps to remember our loved ones is a vital key to healing. Individuals who honor family and friends, who proactively keep the memories of loved ones present in their lives, almost always fare better emotionally than those who don’t. Nostalgia also opens doors to a more creative, connected, and integrated life.
In this empowering workshop, we embark on a journey from loss and grief toward wholeness and healing. Through dialogue, writing exercises, and interactive creative practices, we learn uplifting ways to celebrate our mothers, fathers, husbands, wives, siblings, and children. We also gain the opportunity to build relationships with others, while recognizing and honoring those we’ve lost.
Anyone who has lost a loved one is welcome.
