Achieve a new sense of well-being and empowerment in your life by starting a Pilates practice. A versatile exercise that can be modified for any fitness level, Pilates can enhance your other fitness routines and can help you experience greater ease in your body in everyday life.

Guided by Pilates instructor Chelsea Streifeneder, you:

  • Progress through Pilates mat exercises and learn modifications for every level
  • Gain understanding about your “core” and why it’s not just about a “6-pack”
  • Discover how to use props in a way that supports your fitness evolution
  • Practice a safe and comfortable workout for where you’re at now
  • Learn about the history of Pilates and how it relates to other practices, like yoga
  • Take a field trip to Streifeneder’s studio, Body Be Well, to try some of the equipment

You also learn the most important key to working out regularly—how to make it fun! This workshop is paced to support beginners, but those with experience are also welcome and advanced variations are offered.
