Presence Through Movement is a way to step more fully into the expression of our authentic self, or who we are in our essence. Created by Kim Eng, this multifaceted approach emphasizes body-based practices such as tai chi, qigong, and yoga, in combination with teachings on meditation, contemplation, and self inquiry of Kim’s partner, Eckhart Tolle.

Suitable for most people, regardless of age or physical fitness level, this practice stimulates and activates the body’s energy channels, clears energy blockages, and increases overall well-being and vitality. It enables us to return to wholeness and inner balance, resulting in an ease and flow with the present moment and aligning us with our true nature, which is awareness or consciousness.

Dining Hall Hours (Dinner is included on arrival day):
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.–8:45 a.m.
Lunch: Noon–2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m.–7:15 p.m.

Daily Open Classes in meditation, yoga, tai chi, or movement (subject to availability):
7:00–8:00 a.m., 12:15–1:00 p.m., 5:30–6:15 p.m., 5:30–6:30 p.m.


Kim Eng is a counselor, public speaker, and facilitator of Presence Through Movement workshops in North America, Europe, and Australia. Her teachings incorporate and complement the work of her life partner and associate Eckhart Tolle, and are aimed at the transformation of consciousness through the integration of spirit, mind, and body.
