Realize True Happiness

Go Beyond Belief to Love & Spiritual Awakening

Jul 22 - Jul 27 2018 Rhinebeck, NY
Free yourself from the limitations of controlling mental beliefs and learn to follow your innate heart-centered guidance system.

This retreat we learn to relax, be with everything that arises in the moment, and accept reactions to “what is” in a way that relieves suffering. With periods of silent sitting and dialogue, we explore how awakened consciousness integrates into practical reality, how emotional clearing facilitates spiritual awakening, and how transmutation and transcendence are the true alchemy of a fulfilled life. We also work to develop embodied awareness utilizing the essential energy of breath and kinesthetic sensitivity.

Using the mind to develop a loving and nurturing “inner guide,” we learn to follow our deep inner wisdom, our innate heart-centered guidance system. From this profound openness, we explore communing with one’s divine nature, where presence communicates into itself. Drawing on the timeless practices of patience, forgiveness, gratitude, and acceptance, we find our way in a balanced and harmonious manner.

Students at all levels of experience are welcome.

Please note that all participants must reside on the Omega campus during the retreat, must arrive on time, and must stay through the end of retreat, except for emergencies. The retreat also requires parents to come without their children. There are no refunds once the retreat has started.
