Tai Chi (tai chi quan) is a system of serene, flowing movements originally based on martial arts and used by millions of people around the world as a graceful, meditative exercise. Qigong is an ancient mind-body system for cultivating our natural energy and spirit.

Join longtime qigong practitioner Michael Craft in this weekend retreat for a revitalizing exploration of traditional solo and partner practices that emphasize the fundamental principles of tai chi and qigong as contemplative experience.
