Life is challenging, but with a combination of practices grounded in ancient traditions and backed up by modern science, you can be better prepared for whatever comes you way.

Guided by psychologist and educator Randy Kamen, in this deeply experiential retreat you learn positive psychology techniques, mind-body practices, and self-care strategies to help you live with more joy, fulfillment, and connection.

In talks, group discussions, partner work, and guided practice, you:

  • Retrain your brain for greater positivity and success
  • Learn to manage difficult emotions and mood fluctuations
  • Use forgiveness and gratitude as a way to liberate the mind and move forward
  • Develop greater resilience and energy through mindfulness practices
  • Create more healthy and supportive relationships
  • Track behaviors to create lasting change

You also learn how to integrate these practices into busy schedules so you can benefit from the mind-body connection and get immediate results.

Randy Kamen, EdD, helped pioneer new territory in mind-body medicine at Boston University’s School of Medicine and Harvard’s Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. She is author of Behind the Therapy Door and a frequent contributor to Huffington Post and other media outlets. She is creator of The Vibrant Midlife Method, an online course for finding joy and meaning in midlife.
