“If you have come here to help me, you are wasting your time, but if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.”
Social justice is rooted in wellness. What is your wellness story? Better yet, how can you write or rewrite your wellness journey to lead with compassion, to empower others, to affect global change?
Join Retreat to Spirit cofounders Amina Naru and Pamela Stokes Eggleston, along with YOGAFRICA founder Phindile Dhlamini-Motshegwa and founder of CTZNWELL Kerri Kelly, for a revolutionary wellness celebration designed to ignite the passion that lives in each one of us to mobilize the well-being community into a powerful force for change. Together, we can dismantle antiquated systems, beliefs, and ways of being in order to be more collaborative, empowering, and nurturing with one another.
During the celebration, you learn to use your well-being story to be the catalyst for social change, community care, and healing. As you move your body in celebration and connection, you experience the exaltation of the breath and tap into the subtle aspects of your intuitive design.
We create community through collaborative discussion and look for ways to bridge personal practice with social change and restorative justice. As you learn to use your natural gifts and wisdom to inform your work, together we can start to change societal conditioning and narratives.
This celebration of wellness is for you if you have a contemplative practice, if you care about the advancement and the uplifting of humanity, if you are an influencer, or if you are looking for a meaningful way to connect with others.
Please note that Omega will not be providing yoga mats to borrow, so you must bring one with you or purchase a mat at the Omega Store.
